Bees, bumblebees
Question:
I am interested in finding out which bumblebee species are found in Texas, between San Antonio and Uvalde, and anything you can share regarding the life cycle/characteristics of the species.
Answer:
Please check out the following links for some basic biology. The distribution and species list would most likely require a day in the insect collection reading specimen labels. There is some summary information available in the TIARA project. That web site is also provided below.
